In order to increase productivity, SZALU ENERGY Kft. purchased new equipment during the implementation of the project. In connection with the development of its electrical installation activity, the company acquired one CASE CX 19C mini excavator, one CASE SR 175B skid-steer compact loader, one ORTECO Smart 950 J tracked pole driver, one Magni ES 1218 RT (4WD) personnel lift, one CAT GP15N gas-powered forklift and one Snorkel A38E electric articulated personnel lift. To improve the administration of installation work, two Lenovo ThinkPad P17 G2 notebooks, two SAMSUNG C49J890DKRXEN monitors, four Lenovo ThinkPad P15 G2 notebooks and one Samsung Galaxy TAB S8 Ultra were procured. A 16 kW air-to-water heat pump system was also installed during the development. In the course of the project, the company’s training plan was drawn up and IT and English language training was completed for four employees. As a result of the development, the company’s production activity became technologically more advanced and more efficient, which was also reflected in energy and material efficiency; the environmental impact of operations was thus reduced, contributing to long-term environmental sustainability.

Under the grant, a seven-module enterprise resource planning system was introduced at Szalu Energy Kft. With the help of the funding, the company’s technological background and business processes were modernised and our competitiveness improved. Thanks to the software, work processes are now collected, organised and auditable. The system provides up-to-date and accurate management information. It simplifies – and in part automates – administrative processes. The company’s position in its relevant market is strengthening, as customer service is delivered with greater efficiency, which means growing customer satisfaction.
